Stir Fried Noodles Thai style

- carrots
- bean sprouts
- 100g tofu
- minced garlic
- fresh onion (onion botte)
- 2 egg
- 100g chopped chicken
- 400g rice noodles
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 2 tsp sugar
- 4 tsp fish sauce
- 6 tsp oyster sauce
- 4 tbsp tamarind
- 8 tbsp water
Préparation
- fry garlic in hot oil over low heat until fragrant
- add minced chicken and tofu and cook for a minute
- add the eggs and all the seasoning mis together after that turn the heat up. Then add the noodles (already soft) and immediately add the water
- add the bean sprouts chives and fresh onion, cook briefly
- serve with ground roasted peanuts, chili powder and lime
