gyoza
Ingrédients
1 part meat- ground porc
- shrimp
1 part veggies
- carottes
- cabbage
- onion (botte and/or shallot)
spices to taste
- garlic
- chili mix
- ginger
- soja
- sesame oil
- fish sauce
dough
- wheat flour
- water
Préparation
- cut all the vegetables into tiny cubes and add to a bowl
- cut the shrimps into small pieces and add the porc and shrimp to the vegetable bowl
- add the spices and sauces (the smell should help the dosage)
- mix well into a paste
- on the side make the dough and flatten it into circles
- add a spoon of mixture to each dough circle and fold
- in an oiled pan, put the gyoza and cook until golden underneath. Once golden, add a cm of water in the pan, put the lid on and wait a min of 3 minutes for the gyoza to steam.
