Ingrédients

1 part meat

1 part veggies

spices to taste

Préparation

  1. cut all the vegetables into tiny cubes and add to a bowl
  1. cut the shrimps into small pieces and add the porc and shrimp to the vegetable bowl
  1. add the spices and sauces (the smell should help the dosage)
  1. mix well into a paste
  1. on the side make the dough and flatten it into circles
  1. add a spoon of mixture to each dough circle and fold
  1. in an oiled pan, put the gyoza and cook until golden underneath. Once golden, add a cm of water in the pan, put the lid on and wait a min of 3 minutes for the gyoza to steam.
